If you need assistance with adding or editing a trip from our new web experience, please see below.
Adding a new trip:
- Click 'Add a Trip' and enter your high-level trip details such as destination and travel dates.
- Click 'Save'.
- Then click 'Add a Plan'.
- Select the type of plan you want to add and we'll walk you through the rest.
Edit a trip plan:
- Click 'Edit Plan' next to the plan you wish to edit.
- Make your changes, then click 'Save'.
Delete a plan:
- Click 'Edit Plan' next to the plan you wish to delete.
- Click 'Delete Plan'.
Add additional details such as a traveler name, total cost, or a note:
- Click the plan in blue text as shown in the example below (do not click 'Edit Plan').
- Make your selection (Booking Info, etc.) under 'More Details'.
- Enter your details then 'Save'.
Move, copy or delete a trip plan:
- Click the plan in blue text as shown in the example below.
- Click 'More Options' (top right).
- Select 'Move Plan', 'Copy Plan', or 'Delete Plan'.
Add a document:
- Click on the plan (in blue text).
- Click the plus (+) button.
- Attach your document, then click 'Upload'.
Click 'Edit Trip Info' from the Trips page to:
- Update high-level trip details such as trip name and travel dates.
- Add or update your trip photo.
- Choose whether or not you're a traveler on a trip.
Click 'More Options' under the trip name from the Trips page to:
- Print a trip.
- Merge trips.
- Delete trip.
- Export trip to calendar.
You can switch back to the old web experience at anytime by clicking the ‘New website’ toggle in the upper right-hand corner.
