Alternate Flights

TripIt Pro helps you find alternate flights if your current flight is delayed or canceled.

Alternate Flights instantly finds you different flight options if your current flight has been delayed, canceled, or you’d just like to leave on another flight.

In the TripIt app: 

1. Open an upcoming trip
2. Tap the flight, then tap 'Alternate Flights' located under 'TripIt Pro'. 
3. From here, you can search for alternative flights. Or you can select Alternate Flights from the Pro tab and choose which flight you'd like to search alternate flights for.

In the TripIt website:

1. Open an upcoming trip.
2. Tap on the flight in blue text. 
3. Tap 'Find alternate flights with open seats'.

You can also customize the search function to search for alternate flights from different departure/arrival airports and/or within different dates and times. If you find a flight which works for you, contact the airline directly to make the update.
