Add a new trip in the TripIt app

Create a trip manually or by forwarding your vendor confirmation email to plans@tripit.com.

Forward your plans:

Forward a travel confirmation email to plans@tripit.com from any email address in your account. That's it! We'll do the rest!  

Create your trip manually:

1. Tap (+) on the Trips page (located at the bottom right of the screen).
2. Enter your trip's start and end dates, destination and any information you may find helpful.
3. Save.

Add travel plans:

1. Select your trip.
2. Tap (+) located at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Select the type of plan you want to add (flight, lodging, activity, etc.).
4. Enter your plan details as accurately as possible.
5. Save.
