New trips, updates not displaying

Not seeing your latest trip or trip updates? 


The TripIt app should automatically refresh your trip data at sign-in or when opening the app. If it's not updating, please try the following:

  • A manual refresh
  • If refreshing doesn't do the trick, and you haven't done so already, please make sure your app has been upgraded to our latest version.  
  • If the problem remains after upgrading, try a complete uninstall and reinstall.


Merge Multiple Accounts: 


It's also possible you have more than one account registered with us. If your latest updates are associated with a different TripIt account, you can merge your accounts in the TripIt website or TripIt app. Please see our help page: Merge accounts
