How to apply a promotion code

Here's how to enter a promotion code for TripIt Pro subscriptions.

Promotion codes can only be redeemed on the TripIt website at this time. You may have noticed we've redesigned our web experience. You may still have the option to access your account from our legacy site so we've included instructions for both.

From our new web experience:

1. Click your Profile icon (top right).
2. Select Account and Security > Subscription and Billing.
3. Click the 'Try TripIt Pro' button.  
4. Click the 'promotional code' link, 
5. Enter your promo code and click 'Apply'. If your code is for a discount you will need to add your credit card information first.

From our legacy site:

1. Click the TripIt Pro tab.
2. Input your promo code code in the box titled Promotional code located under the Country box.
3. Click apply to activate your TripIt promo code. If your code is for a discount you will need to add your credit card information first.

The TripIt Pro Sign Up page is a single form used for all Pro sign ups (free trials, discounted, and other promotional subscriptions).

• If your promotion code is for a discounted rate you will need to fill in all other fields (credit card, security code, etc.).
• If your promotion code is for a free subscription you do not need to enter any data other than the promotion code (no credit card. etc. is required.) 

Note: 

• A new promotion code cannot be added to an existing TripIt Pro subscription until the current subscription has expired. 
• Promotion codes cannot be redeemed on EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) accounts at this time.
