Some Point Tracker accounts require answering a security question.
As an added layer of protection, some rewards programs require their users to enter a security code. If so, you'll need to also enter the security code in Point Tracker to keep your award programs up to date.
Here's how
- Click the profile icon (top right).
- Select 'Account' > 'Point Tracker'.
- Click the program name (blue text)
- Enter your security code > 'Save'.
TripIt app:
- Tap the 'Pro' tab (bottom of screen).
- Select 'Point Tracker'.
- Tap 'Problem Accessing Account' located below the award program.
- Enter your security code > 'Save'.
Please note:
- Some programs may require you to answer multiple questions. If you see the security question alert again, follow the same steps above to access your account.
- Most security codes expire after a certain time period, please make sure you enter the security code in TripIt before it expires.
- If you need to reset your security question or need assistance with your program credentials, please visit the program website. TripIt cannot help you reset your reward-program credentials with the program provider.
