Point Tracker error message

The sign-in credentials you are entering in TripIt could be different from your airline accounts.

  1. Try signing in to the program's website directly. Example: You can sign-in to a JetBlue TrueBlue account at the JetBlue website.
  2. Update your sign in credentials on the TripIt Point Tracker page. If you're on our iOS and Android app, go to the Pro tab > Point Tracker to update.

The airline might be requiring action from you following sign-in.

  1. Sign in to the program's website directly.
  2. Follow any instructions given to you after signing in (updating your account, closing a promotional page, etc.).
  3. Verify that the error is cleared on the TripIt Point Tracker page. If you're on our iOS or Android app, g to the Pro tab > Point Tracker to update.
