Resolve Conflict

Resolve a flight conflict on our website or Android and iOS apps.

If you see a conflict displayed on a specific flight segment in your itinerary, it means we have received conflicting versions of your itinerary and need you to confirm which is current. We recommend resolving any flight conflicts as soon as possible so your itinerary displays the most current flight details.

Website

We've redesigned our web experience. You may still have the option to access your account from our legacy site so we've included instructions for both.

From our new web experience:

1. Select the flight (in blue text) with the flight conflict.
2. Click 'Resolve Now'.
3. Select the correct flight.
4. Click 'Keep Selected Plan'.

From our legacy site:

1. Click 'Conflicting Plans' located to the right of your flight.
2. Select the most current flight, then click Save this version.

Android

1. Tap the flight segment associated with the conflict.
2. Tap  (top right of flight).
3. Select the most current flight then tap Keep Selected Version.

iOS

1. Tap the flight segment associated with the conflict.
2. Tap Resolve.
3. Select the most current flight then tap Keep Selected Version.
