If you are a homeshare or carshare host through sites such as Airbnb, Homeaway, Getaround, Turo, etc. you may find that your confirmation rentals for your guests create new trips in your personal TripIt account.
This will occur if you have incoming emails to your inbox that contain the confirmation information. To avoid this we suggest turning off Inbox Sync. Currently Inbox Sync cannot differentiate by traveler name. All automatically imported travel related emails from your inbox will create a trip in your name.
